Your RoleAs a Finance Analyst / Controller, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Business Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
In this role you will play a key role in
Driving financial transparency and control across BSv operations.
Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Enhancing budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
Facilitating cost optimization and resource allocation.
Enabling effective communication of financial performance to leadership.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and committed to delivering on challenging tasks.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and KPI analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and consolidate periodic Forecast and Actuals for Business Services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial data.
• Drive Finance Controlling for budget and cost across assigned portfolios.
• Allocate BSv costs to various centers based on business models.
• Support BSv budgeting including bottoms-up budget, scenario simulation, and consolidation of sub-budgets and cost centers.
• Analyse financial and non-financial KPIs for BSv business segments for management reviews.
• Create presentations and reports for management reviews
