About The Position

The Finance Consultant provides strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency. This role partners with internal teams and/or clients to analyze financial data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, consulting, or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support planning and decision-making
Advise on cost management, revenue optimization, and overall financial strategy
Evaluate existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Support business initiatives through financial analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties
