About The Position

Join our team as the Finance Compliance Manager, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring our financial operations meet all regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements. In this key position, you will oversee compliance activities across insurance, internal audit coordination, payroll tax reporting, and annual regulatory submissions-including ACO reporting. You'll manage a robust compliance calendar, lead audit documentation workflows, administer finance-related SharePoint sites, support DAC reporting, and drive special projects in partnership with the Controller. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with payroll tax, insurance compliance, and financial reporting is strongly preferred.
