In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Requirements

6 months or more of clerical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Computer experience
Data entry skills (35 wpm)

Responsibilities

Research, resolve, and reconcile payment exceptions, including unidentified payments, lockbox items, chargebacks, refunds, and NSF activity
Monitor and make decisions on Positive Pay exception items
Prepare daily lockbox courier packages and support end-to-end payment processing
Document and improve departmental standard operating procedures to drive efficiency
