Requirements

  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An associate degree in any field; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience providing customer service, resolving issues, and guiding individuals through processes.
  • Experience performing tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail, including financial tracking and record-keeping.
  • Experience using organizational skills, prioritization, and time management to meet deadlines and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process various payments, including fund requests, reimbursements, medical claims, and travel expenses.
  • Manage inventory in OR-Kids by handling orders, receiving items, tracking stock, and maintaining records.
  • Assist resource parents with payment concerns and daycare transactions.
  • Oversee the donated funds account and make necessary purchases.
  • Coordinate transportation and plan out-of-state travel for clients and children.
  • Maintain financial records by conducting audits, managing negotiables, updating logs, uploading documents, and ensuring compliance.
