This position will assist both the Capital Markets and Investment Analyst teams in securing, analyzing and/or presenting market/financial information and/or related tasks relative to ongoing or proposed projects as well as work with the Development and Asset Management team on assigned projects.
Requirements
- Currently attending school for a Bachelor's or Masters degree with an interest or emphasis in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Capital Market and Analyst teams in securing, analyzing and/or presenting market data/financial information and/or related tasks relative to ongoing or proposed projects.
- Prepare materials to evaluate various debt equity-terms and structures for assistance in decision making.
- Assist in gathering due diligence in ongoing financings
- Organize key dates within portfolio loans to manage lending covenants
- Compile and analyze market and financial data to support new development modeling, strategic decision making on active investments, and presentation to senior leadership.
- Model new development pursuits in partnership with the Investment Analyst team.
- Participate in the commercial leasing process including analyzing deal metrics and underwriting tenant financial statements.
- Prepare project reporting for delivery to joint venture investors.
- Support for Capital Markets and Analyst teams on assigned projects.
- Other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
