About The Position
This position is responsible for proactively partnering with our Bottlers and Distributors (Delivery Agents) to obtain reported volume files, ensure all reported volume files are successfully processed and promptly address volume file exceptions. Works closely with Master Data, FBS Systems, FFS Sales, Finance & Rebates to review and proactively control sales volume. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a project-type environment balancing multiple priorities without direct supervision, possessing a high level of organizational and follow-up skills. Must possess keen sense of urgency and precision to meet deadlines and contractual timeline requirements. Must possess an attention to detail, be process oriented and seek process improvements. Maintain a consistent level of professionalism while working with internal and external customers. Candidate must demonstrate superior decision-making skills that are performed in a thoughtful and rational manner.
