About The Position

The Finance Business Partner Manufacturing & Supply Chain serves as an advisor to Operations, providing financial insight, analytical support, and decision‑making guidance across manufacturing plants, logistics, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain activities in USA and Canada. This role drives financial performance by partnering closely with operational leaders to understand cost drivers, improve efficiency, support investment decisions, and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of Finance or FP&A experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong cost accounting and operational finance knowledge.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, analytical ability, and business partnering skills.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and financial statements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Business Central.
  • Experience using LucaNet for planning, consolidation, or group reporting.
  • Experience in Jet Reports, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools for management and operational reporting.
  • Worked in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance analysis for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Analyze production variances, material/labor costs, logistics spend, and key operational KPIs.
  • Partner with plant, supply chain, and procurement leaders to provide financial guidance and decision support.
  • Support cost optimization, inventory management, CapEx business cases, and productivity initiatives.
  • Prepare and improve financial reports, dashboards, and models.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, data accuracy, and process improvements.
  • Prepare monthly presentations and ad hoc analyses as requested by the Regional CFO.
  • Manage annual standard cost updates, including cost roll‑ups, BOM/routing reviews, and alignment with operations and procurement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
