The Finance Business Partner, Security is responsible for supporting multiple Security leaders, working closely with leaders and their teams. This role assists the leaders in the decision making process, providing insightful and action oriented financial analysis, applying best practices, and new perspectives to solve complex problems. They will support implementation and execution of driver-based forecasting and will help define and lead cost efficiency initiatives in partnership with business leaders. This person will interact with leadership to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing changing priorities, experienced in manipulating financial data, and proficient in distilling information down to key highlights/drivers that are relevant and meaningful to their business partners. This individual contributor role reports to the VP Finance, Security & Technology and will be a hybrid workplace, with three days in office and two days remotely per week. The role will report to our Alpharetta, GA location for in-office days. (this is NOT a fully-remote role).

Requirements

  • University Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of Finance experience.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and influence others.
  • Must have proven communication skills and experience delivering presentations to leadership.
  • Must have skills in analysis software such as Oracle Hyperion, Oracle R12, Tableau and Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Cloud based IT environments.
  • Corporate Security Finance or Technology Finance experience including preparation and presentation of complex business cases.
  • Experience with leadership communication - digesting, compiling, and presenting data.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support the Security COE related to future financial performance, including interpretation of financial results and measures in the context of the business operations.
  • Utilizes internal and external financial data to drive business decision making and performance.
  • Prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, including capital budget and forecast for Security COE.
  • Develop business cases in partnership with the business case sponsors and various business areas.
