About The Position

The Hiring Manager will also consider candidates for Finance Business Partner II. Level of position offered will be based upon the depth and breadth of selected candidate's experience and qualifications. Under close supervision, assists in the development of corporate and/or divisional plans and forecasts. Assists in the coordination of related financial and/or workforce planning processes. Assists in conducting analysis of forecasts to actual results. Assists in conducting ad hoc financial analysis and decision support activities for the corporate and/or divisional level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related field, required.
  • Experience in financial or accounting, or related field, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial analysis, corporate and strategic planning, financial reporting, financial statement auditing, or actuarial preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in coordinating the strategic planning and forecasting process, along with analysis over comparison to actuals, for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborates with other finance business partners or teams to provide financial forecasts.
  • Assists in the development of financial and operating statistics for assigned areas, to create and drive consistent performance accountability metrics and standards.
  • Provides expense and/or workforce financial support through operating cycles.
  • Supports corporate financial analysis of strategic initiatives as required.
  • Supports research and analyses over key business initiatives and supports the development of presentations for senior management.
  • Develops working knowledge of applicable systems and processes.
  • Develops analytical and research skills.
  • Completes special projects as required.
