Leidos' Defense Systems is seeking a talented Finance & Business Operations Senior Manager to support our Aerospace Business Area. Leidos Defense Systems Sector provides a diverse portfolio of systems, solutions, and services covering land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace for customers worldwide. Our Aerospace Business Area delivers solutions in support of national security and civil missions in space, threat and cyber systems, hypersonics, and cutting-edge materials technology. This high-paced, fast growing organization provides significant opportunity to solve highly complex problems and significantly influence the division's results. Selected candidate is required to provide 100% onsite support from our San Diego - CA office or Huntsville - AL office (No Telework). As a core member of the team, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing Space Sensing and Commercial Space capabilities for a variety of customers. You will be required to support multiple tasks in parallel, productively contribute to and lead team environments, and communicate effectively to management, coworkers, and customers. You must also be self-motivated and highly organized with a focus on managing customer expectations with a constant goal of generating high quality products that exceed stakeholder expectations. You will work directly with the Division Vice President and Program Managers to define the division's financial goals and drive closure of those objectives. This position will be responsible for managing the overall execution of a portfolio of programs baselines and provide recommendations to achieve flawless program execution. Additionally, this position will support various proposal efforts across the portfolio, providing financial insights into proposal teams, developing cash flow analysis and supporting business case and profitability analysis to drive the long-term growth of the organization.
