About The Position
The Finance & Business Operations Analyst serves as an analytical bridge between financial data and day‑to‑day business decisions. They translate operational information into financial insights for key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include financial risk and opportunity management integration, program performance management analyses and recommendations, long range planning forecasts and updates, and ad‑hoc business projects across a wide spectrum of Finance & Business Operations subject areas. Ultimately, the analyst ensures that accurate, timely information supports the organization’s growth and profitability goals.
Requirements
- Proven Analytical Experience
- Experience with Advanced Data Modeling
- Experience and Understanding of Corporate Financial Concepts
- Strong Organizational and Project Management Experience
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with US Department of War Contract Concepts
- Basic Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) Concepts
- Strong Written Communication Skills

Responsibilities
- Analyze program financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support informed business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, long-range plans, and budget updates to ensure alignment with program and organizational objectives.
- Translate operational and program data into clear financial insights for stakeholders across Finance, Program Management, and Operations.
- Support risk and opportunity management activities by monitoring cost, schedule, and profitability impacts.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program performance and key metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ad-hoc analyses or special projects that drive operational efficiency and business performance.
