About The Position

As a Finance Business Analyst on our Testing Team, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product deliveries. Your work focuses on transforming the user stories created by our Scrum Teams into clear, complete, and automation‑ready test scenarios that the team can execute with confidence. In this role, you won’t interact directly with business stakeholders. Instead, you collaborate daily with the teams who design and build the product: Delivery Scrum Teams, Functional Analysts, and Test Automation Engineers. Together, you contribute to efficient end‑to‑end, regression, and manual testing whenever automation is not yet possible. Scrum Teams capture the business intent, and you turn that intent into executable test scenarios and scripts. In doing so, you bring clarity, precision, and structure to every testing effort.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Agile user stories and acceptance criteria, with the ability to quickly grasp functional intent.
  • Proven experience translating requirements into clear, structured test cases and automation‑ready scripts.
  • Confidence working with automation tools and test management platforms in a fast‑moving delivery environment.
  • Business knowledge in one or more finance domains such as Accounting, FP&A and Reporting, Supply Chain, Tax, FSCM Credit and Collections, and Revenue, COGS, Inventory or Costing functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands‑on experience with Jira, qTest and automation frameworks is a strong asset.

  • Execute and maintain manual test cases for scenarios that are not yet automated.
  • Perform manual testing for scenarios that cannot be automated due to technical or business constraints.
  • Prioritize manual testing on critical and high‑risk business flows.
  • Document manual scenarios thoroughly to support potential future automation.
  • Functional Collaboration & Automation Enablement
  • Work closely with Functional Analysts to align test coverage with functional design and to support continuous expansion of automated regression coverage.
  • Refine and update test cases as solutions evolve across Titan Initial, Finalization, Run, and NAM phases.
  • Maintain consistency of test scenarios across ARTs and connected systems.
  • Collaborate actively with Test Automation Engineers and Functional Analysts throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Structure test scenarios to be reusable and optimized for end‑to‑end automation.
