Our BMW Westlake dealership in Thousand Oaks is seeking a FINANCE ASSOCIATE L4 . This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 year Rusnak Finance writer Experience. Multi brand/Store Rusnak Finance writer experience.
  • H.S. Diploma/GED/ or Equivalent or Degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent of 2 years’ experience in same/similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 2 years of retail related experience.
  • Strong or Good verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and any or other language is an asset in this position).
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • Current California Sales License.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Sales managers to prepare sales documents, Contracts and all related disclosures.
  • Review all Incentives and applicable programs.
  • Review all documents and disclosure to make sure every deal meet compliance requirements before it is presented to clients.
  • Process all cancellations and buy backs.
  • Finalizes all cash, Financed and lease contracts.
  • Submits and administers deals for funding in timely manner.
  • Review, submit and manage all incentives in timely manner.
  • Administers ongoing maintenance of CIT.
  • Administers daily Finance functions including, but not limited to: Deal processing, Compliance documents review, Funding deals, Submitting Rebates and Incentives, Vehicle Reporting, Submitting all AMO Products, Process contract cancellation, AMO aftermarket sales, Preparing out of state sales, Courtesy deliveries, Lemon law buyback, manage Incentive list and payments and work toward achieving the goals of the dealership.
  • Type and process F&I deals. Multiple OEM brands and stores.
