Newport Beach Automotive Group is seeking an adept Finance Assistant to join our team. Candidates considered for this vital role will display excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide superior support for our clients and internal staff. We are looking for a forward-thinking, problem- solver who is focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in similar role (dealership experience a plus)
• Computer literacy and ability to learn company software
• Above average communication and customer service skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Adept and accurate typing skills
• High school graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting finance and leasing documents to our financial institutions
• Verify customer information to ensure every deal is in compliance with local and state laws and regulations
• Communicate with lenders and customers regarding documents and bank approvals
• Maintain digital deal jackets and physical records
• Support daily administrative tasks and ensure paperwork is turned into our Business Office in a timely manner
• Proficient at using MS applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Be willing to support initiatives that may fall outside of the day-to-day activities listed above
