The office of accounting technology within the office of accounting operations and disbursements is seeking a skilled and analytical Finance Applications Analyst to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting finance applications and ensuring the integrity of finance data. This role is responsible for documenting business processes and procedures, particularly as JMU transitions to a new ERP system. The analyst will work closely with the implementation team to receive training on the new system and will be responsible for developing training materials and conducting end-user training to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, this role will provide functional support, system testing, process improvements, and vendor records maintenance to help optimize the Finance/Budget Office's use of the ERP system and related applications. This is an on-site position, requiring in-person collaboration with Finance, Budget, and IT teams to ensure effective system support and business process improvements.
