The Managers primary responsibility is to control the sales experience for efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will utilize their Sales and FI management abilities to create a seamless and customer-centric process from start to finish. He/She will also be responsible for supervising and motivating product specialist. Thus, training and encouraging strategies to virtually sell more vehicles. Additionally, The Manager will oversee the online/showroom buying process and supervisor the F&I responsibilities of the pre-owned department. He/She will be the single point of contact for the Sales and Finance process to promote transparency, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
