This is a Program Finance Lead position with responsibilities including but are not limited to: A proactive business operations leader responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Program Control and Customer Financial Reporting, Funding Tracking, Invoice and Receivable tracking for Short Term Cash Mgmt, Long Range Plan ( LRP) and Monthly Business rhythms to include compliance to Revenue Recognition and tracking of Orders/Sales/EBIT/CASH. Support to proposal estimates and financial reviews. This position will oversee/manage a team of Financial Analysts and support their development and business acumen training and to be an example of our Lockheed Martin values. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher level degree
  • Experience with Program Finance or Financial planning and analysis experience
  • Experience leading a team - informally or formally
  • Needs to be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Data Analytics Automation or use of emerging AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactive Leader, Self Starter/Highly motivated
  • Strong Financial Skills and risk assessment
  • Experience with key financial tools, process and policies supporting DoD and other Federal Agency contracts.
  • Command of Ledger/ Financial Planning and Earned Value Tools (SAP/Hyperion/Cobra)
  • FAR and Government Compliance and is ready to support a virtual/Geographically distributed organization.
  • Must possess Strong Excel Skills and Data analytics
  • Experience with Government Accounting/Invoicing/Cash management
  • Strong Presentation Skills.
  • Active Top Secret/ SCI security clearance
  • 8+ years of relevant government program finance experiences
