About The Position
Switchboard is looking for a full-stack finance and accounting professional to serve as Finance and Business Operations Manager for a Series A funded startup client in San Francisco. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for everything money-related, from managing books and accounting processes to forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this is a foundational hire. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure financial health and operational efficiency while setting up the systems, reporting, and controls that will scale with the business. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves working across functions, and has both accounting fundamentals and strategic finance chops.
