About The Position
The Manager of Finance and Administration at Karam Foundation will oversee and develop all financial and administrative operations, ensuring efficient implementation of program objectives. This role focuses on financial management, process implementation, and team oversight, while liaising between departments and providing guidance to the finance team in Turkiye. The position is integral to the management teams of both Karam Foundation and Karam House, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
