About The Position
The position involves managing all aspects of the company's financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. The role requires overseeing treasury functions, developing and implementing financial policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management, and coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process. Additionally, the role includes managing and implementing company initiatives from a finance and accounting perspective, utilizing financial software to maintain accurate records, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The candidate will also supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
