About The Position

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights, driving process improvements, close collaboration with Wafer Operations team and supporting automation initiatives. The role also involves mentoring analyst 1 & 2 and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial visibility and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, cost analysis, or financial reporting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Exposure to automation and digital transformation projects
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial analysis and reporting for key business areas, providing insights to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
  • Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
  • Perform detailed cost analysis at product, department, and divisional levels to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to align financial plans with business strategies
  • Drive automation and digitalization of FP&A processes to improve reporting accuracy and cycle time
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and business cases
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Participate in transformation projects aimed at improving financial systems, tools, and processes
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal control mechanisms
  • Authorize financial reports, forecast inputs, and budget adjustments within delegated limits
