Finance Analyst
About The Position
Turning Financial Data Into Market Impact The Finance Analyst is the analytical and reporting expert for the Market Organization (MO). This position is responsible to work directly with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and provide efficient and timely MO financial reporting. This role owns the non-compensation Operating Expense (OPEX) management strategy, reporting and budgetary process, as well as plays the lead in working with the sales force to identify and correct negative variances. The Finance Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the targeting and compensation calculations for different types of indirect selling resources and is responsible to enforce the MO's pricing overwrite process.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
- Minimum two years of experience in financial analyses and modeling required, with one year in a Market Organization related finance preferred
- Advanced understanding of the Hilti Business model and the content of the global strategy Champion 2020
- Strong functional expertise in Finance and Global Steering 2.0
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced level knowledge in SAP/BI
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrated leadership in defining cross functional requirements and leading projects
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated coaching/training and change management skills
- Up to 25% domestic travel required
Nice To Haves
- Quantitative, structured approach to projects and analysis preferred (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma experience)
- International professional experience preferred
