About The Position
Responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans, properties and portfolios. What you'll do Assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Make presentation of analysis that will be used for investment decisions. Help Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in supervising the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios. Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts. Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
