This is a critical role of Central FP&A team, supporting Cisco total Engineering Monthly Revenue and Gross Margin forecast, consolidation, tied out, reporting, as well as annual planning and long-range planning process. Requirements

  • Experience with BU finance fcst process, be able to dive in and be able to deliver result within tight deadlines and accurately, require to extensive hours during fcst week
  • Experience with various financial tools (e.g. Essbase, Hyperion, Business Objects, Excel and Data analysis)
  • Attention to detail, Finance, Accounting or Economics background

Responsibilities

  • Manage WPA booking guidance to BEs
  • Acquisition and net accounting forecast control total consolidation and tie out.
  • Functional teams tie out status tracking (Legal cost, Other Material cost load, Remarketing Rev, Freight, Capital, Rebates & Deferral)
  • Provide CM-DM forecast, Manage WPA revenue guidance, deferral and upfront revenue guidance to BEs
  • Manage Deferred revenue template distribution and consolidation and communicate with IT for defer revenue forecast uploads
  • Track NMS, Tariff cost, shipped revenue forecast loading status, manage WD+4 revenue/GM template distribution, consolidation, and commentary
  • Final WD+5 revenue/GM template distribution, consolidation, and tie out.
  • Maintenance Internal and External WD+5 file, manage central judge and reporting
  • Assist in annual plan and long-range planning analysis, new business development, and other Ad hoc projects

  • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
  • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
  • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
  • For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies.
