About The Position

This role supports financial decision-making by producing and maintaining recurring reports and assisting in forecasting and analysis processes. It involves analyzing key performance indicators, monitoring trends, and communicating results to leadership and internal partners. The role differentiates itself by combining routine reporting with ad hoc financial analysis and variance identification. Success is measured by the accuracy and timeliness of reports, the identification of financial risks and opportunities, and effective communication of insights. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Analytics (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. (Preferred)
  • Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or Equivalent. Experience building complex models. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes to ensure accurate financial data and timely completion
  • Analyze financial results and identify variances to forecasts to assist in recognizing risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and distribute routine financial reports to maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses including account reconciliations and trend evaluations to support decision-making
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
