A Day in the Life The Finance Analyst – US CAS Sales Finance role within the CAS + CRM Sales Finance team is a critical role that will partner with our US commercial sales organization and CAS OU Finance teams to provide key sales analytics and to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced, hyper-growth operating unit. This position will provide analytical insights and business decision support to the CAS US Sales Finance Director and across the commercial sales organization. The position will assist with developing revenue and procedure analytics, provide leadership in the sales and procedural field quota setting process, and provide other key financial insights for operating unit and quarterly forecasting processes. This individual is also expected to play an important role in supporting FP&A of the US CAS commercial organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship, co‑op, or rotation experience in Corporate Finance or Sales Finance role
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial information to non‑finance stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and ad‑hoc requests
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, or capital processes
  • Exposure to month‑end close, P&L reporting, or cost analysis
  • Experience using Power BI or financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage tight time commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support and revenue analytics for sales leadership team to drive actionable insights for the commercial sales leadership team.
  • Report critical KPIs and other financial metrics to operating unit and executive leadership team.
  • Support quarterly revenue reporting and other US Region FP&A needs in coordination with US CAS + CRM Service finance leader.
  • Inform OU leadership and FP&A team on performance vs. forecast metrics (revenue, margin, op profit, capex, headcount, etc.)
  • Drive field quota development and implementation.
  • Partner across sales & finance to streamline processes and key metrics reporting.
  • Key contributor to strategic planning and AOP processes, including field alignment on supply allocation decisions and capital equipment customer acquisition models.
