As a member of the Record-to-Report team, you will be responsible for certain centralized functions with the opportunity to grow and learn new functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 0 to 3 years of accounting or financial reporting and analysis experience
  • Knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting and reporting activities:
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Calculate accruals and allocations
  • Calculate eliminations and adjustments
  • Create and analyze reports
  • Research account variances and prepare explanations
  • Investigate and help resolve accounting and reporting issues
  • Prepare intercompany invoices and confirmations
  • Standardize general accounting and reporting processes across AFNA
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies
  • Support Finance Directors, Controllers, and FP&A in reporting and analysis of results
  • Ensure compliance with Amcor accounting policies and U.S. GAAP
  • Maintain strong internal controls environment
  • Provide audit support to external and internal auditors as needed
  • Demonstrate and support Amcor core values
