This person is responsible for acting as a finance lead on the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program Tasks include -Oversight of the contract integration team monthly business rhythm, including ensuring team submits all deliverables on time, with high quality -Providing guidance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Finance Analysts -Analyzing variances to ensure summary level variances are detailed and accurate -Assisting in the development of review materials for internal and Government interfaces -Utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) data to provide information to the management team to enable sound business decisions -Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses

Requirements

5+ years experience managing or analyzing financial data or performance or anything else related
Bachelor's or Masters degree or higher level degree
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Excel experience - macros, pivot tables, V look ups, etc
Experience with Government/DoD contracts
Experience with Cobra and SAP tools
EVM experience
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in detailed analysis of data exhibiting analytical ability and degree of accuracy

Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

Effective oral and written communication skills
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree.
