Job Description: We are seeking a Finance AI Engineering Manager to lead the AI transformation of Finance within the SigniFi program, enabling next-generation capabilities across Transact, Treasury (TMS), FlexOps, and SAP BTP. This role will serve as the primary AI lead for Finance Technology, responsible for implementing an AI-enabled SDLC (SASA / AI-first delivery model), accelerating Digital FTE outcomes, and embedding intelligent automation and decision support across global finance platforms. The candidate combines AI/ML expertise, SAP technical depth, and finance proven experience, with a strong ability to translate strategy into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in technology, with exposure to AI/ML and enterprise systems
  • Strong experience in: AI/ML concepts (predictive models, NLP, generative AI)
  • Enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Data engineering and integration
  • Experience implementing automation or AI solutions at scale
  • Proven leadership in driving transformation initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP BTP AI capabilities and extensions
  • Knowledge of Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Treasury, Planning)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled SDLC (SASA, copilots, DevOps automation)
  • Experience with tools such as: Python, ML frameworks AI copilots / LLM platforms RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
