Requirements

• Must be attending an accredited 4-year institution or further education with an expected graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be willing to spend the summer in Northwest Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and report financial performance for weekly, monthly, and annual reviews.
• Develop and analyze operational metrics to help drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Apply financial acumen and technical knowledge to provide insights on growth, profitability, capital investment, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
