About The Position
The Finance Acctg Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within the controllers organization and their own job. Requires advanced commercial awareness and knowledge of balance sheet accounting and risk and controls. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in the Finance and Risk organizations. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables at the entity and enterprise level, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
