Embark on a rewarding career at the intersection of finance and technology as an Analyst in Lumen's Finance & Accounting Rotational (FAR) Program. This early-career position is designed for recent graduates who wish to develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and accounting. Through a structured two-year rotational program, analysts will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where artificial intelligence is transforming the future of finance. The FAR program offers participants exposure to real-world use cases where generative AI drives smarter decision-making, accelerates reporting, and delivers predictive insights. FAR is a highly competitive, two-year leadership development program designed to accelerate your career. Consisting of four, six-month rotational assignments, the FAR program exposes early-in-career professionals to different segments of the Finance organization, gaining experience, knowledge, and building a far-reaching professional network. This broad exposure is designed to optimize FAR candidates' learning and to develop a pipeline of emerging leaders who can move through and have a transformative impact on the Finance organization at Lumen. Beyond the four rotational assignments, FAR participants also participate in mentorship programs and supplemental professional development activities, including classroom learning and executive seminars designed to cultivate leadership, build business acumen, and develop technical skills and knowledge of the industry.
