Lumen is seeking passionate and driven upcoming graduating seniors to join our Finance & Accounting Rotation Program (FAR) starting in July 2025. This program is designed for individuals eager to transform businesses and grow their careers within a Fortune 150 Company. Participants will engage in a two-year rotational program based in Denver, CO, where they will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the Finance organization. The FAR program consists of four six-month rotational assignments, allowing participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of different finance functions, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics, Real Estate, Tax, and Treasury and Debt Capital Markets. Throughout the program, participants will not only rotate through these critical areas but will also benefit from mentorship programs, supplemental classroom activities, and executive seminars that focus on developing leadership and business competencies, technical skills, and understanding the economics of the industry. This unique structure is designed to accelerate career progression and provide a strategic perspective on the finance function within the organization. Participants will have the chance to build a wide network, including key leaders, which will contribute significantly to their career development. The FAR program is highly competitive and aims to attract top-tier talent who are intellectually curious and eager to improve processes.
