About The Position

The Finance Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll processing and condo owner accounting, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with relevant laws. This management-level position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and condo owners.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and able to manipulate and troubleshoot spreadsheets.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work with and understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with payroll processing systems other than UltiPro.
• Participation in professional organizations related to payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and clear communication with internal team and condo owners.
• Creating and sending payroll reports.
• Proficiency in UltiPro Payroll and Timekeeping software.
• Monthly reconciliation of condo owner revenue and payment distribution.
• Strong leadership skills to train and mentor staff.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.

• Adhere to tight schedules and work in a fast-paced environment.
