About The Position

SUMMARY: The incumbent will perform tests on SATO thermal printers to ensure proper performance, evaluate the quality, and install options and features. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to install, test, and troubleshoot all options for all printer models; Ability to read and understand all technical documentation such as Procedures, Basic Schematics, Parts lists, and Diagrams. Proficient with computers and related applications. This would include Basic Windows knowledge to install new printers, update drivers, and update the printer firmware. Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Works well with others Previous production experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical and electrical skills Basic computer skills include the ability to operate Windows-based programs.
