YOUR DAY TO DAY: This position will perform Mechanical Inspection or Parts & Product and visual inspection of product working with CMM programming..

Requirements

Previous inspection experience.
Understanding of GD&T.
Experience with prints, working to drawings.
Experience with mechanical measuring tools.
Experience with surface plate setups and electronic height gauges.
Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers in a team environment.
Good communications and strong customer skills.
This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person" as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

Mechanical Inspection of Parts & Product to requirements using mechanical inspection tools (micrometer, vernier, micro-hite gauge, thread gauges, optical comparator, etc.)
Perform inspections by reading and interpreting prints and drawings.
Visual inspection of product for workmanship issues.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
