About The Position
Da/Pro Rubber is seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspector to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will inspect, sort, and weigh manufactured rubber components of various shapes and sizes. Tools such as microscopes, magnifying glasses, tweezers, scissors, and cotton swabs will be used to ensure product quality.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
- Identify and discard defective components (e.g., cracks, marks, holes, tears, contamination)
- Report excessive defects to the supervisor
- Accurately document accepted and rejected part counts on product paperwork
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department lead or supervisor
