About The Position

As a sales advisor with SelectQuote, you will be delivered real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads. Many advisors earn north of six figures in their first year with some quickly reaching over six figures on an annual basis. SelectQuote's platform offers sophisticated proprietary software to analyze the best product match for the consumer, immediate decision at the point of sale, and complete choice to consumers resulting in average savings to consumers in the hundreds of dollars annually and many savings in the thousands! The Life & Health Advisor role is accelerating in growth having expanded our 'Best in Class' product offerings and footprint nationwide, it's now become one of SelectQuote's fastest-growing divisions focusing on selling final expense whole life insurance along. There is no requirement to purchase leads or prospect. The role offers high earning potential with top agents having the potential to make over 6 figures. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required; 1 year of telesales experience is preferred.
  • Must possess or obtain an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license before the start date.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Job stability is required and a track record in career progression is preferred.
  • Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, or business ownership.
  • Proven ability to overcome customer objections and compete with peers.
