Final Assembly

OnePointe Solutions LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our final assembly team in Elgin, TX. This role is crucial as it involves quality-checking all parts and finalizing the assembly of materials. The final assembly team plays a vital role in ensuring that all projects are built accurately and meet the specified time and budget constraints. In this position, you will be responsible for using various tools and equipment to construct and finish projects. This includes cutting, shaping, and preparing wood surfaces, as well as attaching hardware and hanging cabinet doors. You will also be tasked with finishing surfaces according to specifications, which may involve sanding, staining, and applying veneer or polish. A strong understanding of quality control principles is essential, as you will be expected to repair or refinish furniture or cabinets to meet our high-quality standards. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to read and understand instructions in manuals and blueprints. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of hand tools and lightweight machinery are also important. Forklift operating experience is preferred but not mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be standing for prolonged periods and performing repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
