About The Position

We are looking for a Final Assembler (Burner Assembler & Installer) to join our team! This position will install manufactured and purchased parts, equipment, and controls on burners and boilers. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude and experience with the following: Control wiring Conduit Piping Blueprints This is a full-time, union-hourly position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM; Saturdays as needed (maximum of two required 6 AM - 12 PM).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Control wiring, conduit, and piping experience

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints and/or diagrams a plus

Responsibilities

• Install burner, mount panels, and controls, fabricating brackets and supports as needed
• Perform wiring between burner, control panel and controls, in accordance with diagrams and/or instruction manuals. Bend and install conduit when required
• Obtain blueprints and any special instructions to install auxiliary equipment such as feed pumps, oil heater, chemical feeders, injectors, etc. including piping and wiring of same and any brackets or hangers
• Uses various hand tools as needed
