FinOps Manager - Pricing - SaaS Azure

Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and experienced FinOps Manager (also known as Finance Manager) to join our team. This role is crucial for managing Azure licenses and Snowflake costs, validating costing and pricing models, and analyzing key financial KPIs such as sold margin and as-delivered margin. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a solid understanding of Azure cost management and licensing costs. Additionally, proficiency in Excel is essential for building and presenting financial models effectively. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the product costing and pricing process for Blue Yonder's software products. This involves analyzing the infrastructure costs necessary for deploying and maintaining these products. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and pricing teams to ensure that the inputs provided into the pricing models accurately reflect the costs associated with delivering Blue Yonder's products, including infrastructure, licensing, and other related expenses. Your responsibilities will also include conducting cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of product features, enhancements, and investments. You will provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making regarding product pricing and profitability. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SaaS consumption, adoption, product costs, and profitability will be a significant part of your role. Furthermore, you will identify areas for cost optimization and improvement to enhance product margins and overall profitability, as well as support the SaaS renewals process with timely insights regarding price increases. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in FinOps, Azure cost management, license management, and cloud data warehouse cost optimization will be essential for success in this role.
