About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FinOps Analyst to join our team. The FinOps Analyst will play a crucial role in managing financial operations within the organization, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness in cloud services and infrastructure. Hexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies. We are putting data to work to boost efficiency, productivity, quality and safety across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, public sector, and mobility applications. Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division helps clients design, construct, and operate more profitable, safe, and sustainable industrial facilities. We empower customers to unlock data, accelerate industrial project modernization and digital maturity, increase productivity, and move the sustainability needle. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations, with a focus on cloud services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified FinOps Professional.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on cloud spending, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to optimize cloud resources.
  • Utilize financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts and budgets for cloud services.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
