Requirements

  • Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Professional demeanour and willingness to learn.

  • Attention to detail. (E.g. field notes, COACH cards, etc.).
  • Must be able to be the lead Supervisor on the job site with the technical expertise to support all team members and job situations.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, client, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply logical and spatial understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several defined variables in standardized situations. Ability to understand and coordinate sequential task activities.
  • Meets all of the requirements identified in Levels 1, 2, & 3.
  • Expected to be an expert in all proprietary services offered by product line.
  • Expected to have an expert-level understanding of service line-specific equipment and its operation.
  • Is readily capable of training all personnel on location in equipment operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and resolve job-related problems. Communicates all MoCs and non-standard job scope changes to management for approval.
  • Capable of rigging up and operating non-standard safety systems.
  • Possesses substantial knowledge of other product/service lines and is able to advise clients of these offerings.
  • Capable of training team members in the use of information systems.
  • Meets all of the requirements identified in Levels 1, 2, & 3.
  • Capable of leading Kaizens and VSM Activities as well as training other Team members.
  • Actively performs R3 Analyses, FMEAs, NCR investigations, incident investigations (participant, not investigator), and continuous improvement coaching.
  • Functions as an SPA for at least one of the Lead Teams within a Yard. Is responsible for ensuring that all data and metrics are collected and reported to Corporate.
  • SPA for all crew-related and customer-related issues during the course of a job. Responsible for managing variously-sized Teams throughout each stage of a job.
  • Is expected to report all personnel-related and job-related issues to Ops Management in a timely fashion.
  • Meets all of the requirements identified in Levels 1, 2, & 3.
  • SPA for all aspects of the job, both internally and externally.
  • Continually liaises with Customer to ensure that Customer's requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Expected to exhibit confidence and competency to the Customer.
  • Expected to reduce/mitigate risk throughout the course of the job, both for ES and for Customer.
  • Ensures compliance with all internal and external systems and requirements during the course of a job.
  • Actively participates in Voice of the Customer (VoC) activities and in market surveillance.
  • Expected to attend Client Meetings, Safety Meetings, and HazOp Meetings when required.
  • When necessary, liais with regulatory authorities in case of audit.
  • Incumbent must meet applicable Federal and/or State regulations/requirements regarding qualifications of drivers FMCSA or Pipeline work - PHMSA.
  • A new employee hired to perform the duties of this position is required to be provided New Employee Training by a qualified individual who consists of a total of 24 hours of PEC Core training. Water Survival if working on water, certified rigging API RP2D, first aid CPR, Fall Protection competent user if working at heights, and defensive driving.
  • Additionally attends monthly safety meetings, submits 3 BBS/COACH cards a month, and completes JSEAs prior to each task.

Responsibilities

  • Operating filter systems, Oil/H2O separations tanks, produced water treatment systems, and oilfield chemistry
  • Generate field Job Safety Analysis reports.
  • To work with safety as a top priority in order to minimize accidents and incidents.

  • To maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline and respect for peers and superiors
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Common knowledge of electronic and computer skills.
  • Working with high pressure and hazardous chemicals.
  • Working in extreme weathered conditions.
  • Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Willingness to learn and share assignments.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively deal with deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Suggestions, Daily Management Control, Standard Work, and Problem Solving.
  • Attends all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.
  • Suggestions - 18 per year. Gemba walk done daily.
