As a Filtration Service Tech, you will play a crucial role in our mission by being responsible for the installation and repairs of water filtration equipment and coolers. This position requires a strong foundation in plumbing and electrical knowledge, as well as the ability to use basic power and hand tools. You will work in various environments including residential, office, and manufacturing settings, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include servicing, maintaining, and exchanging existing equipment on a scheduled basis, as well as installing water filtration and in-line coffee brewer equipment for new accounts. You will also be responsible for delivering coffee products to new accounts upon installation of the in-line coffee brewer unit. Responding to scheduled filter changes and equipment service requests will be a key part of your role, along with operating and maintaining company vehicles safely and efficiently. You will need to maintain and control inventory of equipment and parts, document and log all installation, exchange, and service transactions, and test water samples after servicing equipment. As a Primo brand ambassador, you will nurture quality relationships with existing and potential new customers, providing exceptional customer experiences and being knowledgeable about our products and services.
