About The Position
Join Filta as a FILTAFry Fryer Management Technician and become an essential part of our mission to provide top-tier fryer management services. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with leading restaurants, hospitals, hotels, schools, and commercial kitchens. Our work consist of filtering fryer oil, cleaning fryers, and discarding used cooking oil. No experience necessary, company provided training.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, equipment maintenance, or related fields.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular fryer maintenance and oil filtration services at client locations.
- Educate clients on best practices for fryer management and oil usage.
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of equipment performance.
- Maintain a professional attitude when with clients.
- Assist in training new team members on fryer management techniques.
