About The Position
The position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on fabrication equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role requires improving system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive tool breakdowns. The technician will monitor and analyze tool data, making recommendations for improvements to maintenance procedures. Collaboration with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects is essential. Clear communication regarding machine status, both written and verbally, is a key responsibility, as is providing written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts.
