Requirements

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree: related major or minor in Film is required
• Hands-on industry experience in film engineering is required
• In-person availability once a week from 8 AM to 12:30 PM PST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.

• Teaching or tutoring experience is desired

Responsibilities

• Subjects to be taught: Film Production
• Grades: 9th - 12th Grade
• Provide mentoring support to large groups of students in a classroom setting.
• Mentors will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students
