The major job duties of the Filling Prep/Operator consists of preparing glaze/ice/filling mixture, pumping mixture into large mixing bowl to be boiled and blended, overseeing glaze/icing/filler operations and assisting in overseeing the Honey Bun Fryer to ensure quality product. The employee records the number of batches and weights into the SAP computer program. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality, and\or quality.

Requirements

No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record necessary information applicable to job.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of production experience as a helper and basic knowledge of mixer procedures.

Overseeing Honey Bun Fryer
Position is responsible for operating within the parameters of the facility’s Security Program with regards to site and product security.
Ensures that all internal food safety and quality policies and procedures are followed.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Global Food Safety Standards, HACCP, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
