About The Position

Now Hiring: Filler Operator Shift/Schedule: 3rd Shift/10pm - 6:30am Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $21/hour (+ based on experience) Why join our team? Need cash before payday? Requirements

  • 6 months previous manufacturing, packaging or assembly line production experience
  • Basic mathematical calculation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
  • Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

Responsibilities

  • Operates and observes production line equipment
  • Becomes proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) operations and Clean-in-Place (CIP)
  • Actively participates in startup, troubleshooting/adjustment, stop/reset and shutdown of line equipment
  • Performs changeovers
  • Reports out of standard/specification results
